Well, partly - that is, I was charged about £4.00 ($7.50) for less than a meg of data. I think the data worked out at a little over £5 per meg - at the time the exchange rate was £1 to $2 so: 5x1000x2 = 10,000 dollars for a gig, give or take the odd $750. Which is nice.
