Talking of Murder

Talking of Murder (1)

I was hearing yesterday of a ewe that had fallen whilst giving birth and ended up on her side / back in a ditch, unable to get up again. Cousins of the above birds apparently decided that the time was right to eat her by way of one of her teats, tearing at her innards once they had made a hole. The ewe was dead by the time the farmer found her - not from her wounds, he thought, but from shock. One hopes that it was quick, one suspects it wasn't. Red in tooth and claw.

Talking of Murder (2)

If this computer (desktop Mac, newly "up"graded to High Sierra) gets any slower I shall murder it by way of defenestration.
